About Us
Tushar Patel and vanita jani, Gujarati individuals, arrived in France 30 years ago with limited knowledge in the food industry. Starting from scratch, Tushar Patel's journey was not easy. However, his passion for food and perseverance kept him going. He gradually gained experience, understanding the tastes and preferences of the French people while staying true to his Indian roots. Through his commitment to quality and authentic flavors, he has earned a loyal customer base. Over the years, he worked hard and learned the basics of the trade. With determination and dedication, Tushar Patel eventually established two restaurants.
